Mission Statement

DC STORM Inc., provides positive role models in an attempt to expand the horizons for inner-city middle school preteens and teenagers.  The organization was started by Jay Shorter and Ronald Hines in 2015. DC STORM, Inc. became a non-profit corporation in February 2016 with a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt endorsement and a Basic Business License both issued in Washington, DC.

The goals of the organization are to teach about good citizenship, ethics, and literacy by mentoring the program participants through positive activities.
